Question for Maureen Hanson – Even though ME / CFS is now endemic would we not still observe local epidemics – for example numerous staff of a school or hospital becoming ill with ME / CFS at a similar time, as recorded in the past? If so, can you hypothesize why haven’t we seen group outbreaks since the 80’s?
