Healthy Future Society

Open Medicine Foundation invites you to join our mission to END ME/CFS by including us in your estate plans and joining our Healthy Futures Society! Please consider making a charitable contribution through a bequest or estate plan gift. Including OMF in your legacy planning ensures that our research, treatment trials, and medical education program will continue to grow for years to come.  Your future gift to OMF provides hope that our research will offer treatments and a cure for those suffering from ME/CFS and other post-infection diseases. By including OMF in your legacy planning we will ensure your desire to END ME/CFS will continue well into the future.

Please consider sharing your legacy plans with us, it would be an honor and a privilege to celebrate your legacy gift with you during your lifetime. We are so grateful for your generosity and truly thankful for your passion to END ME/CFS!
