Ffion is spreading hope around the world

OMF European volunteer, Ffion, is using her talents to spread hope worldwide. Ffion creates beautiful handmade cards and generously donates them to OMF.

Handcrafted cards by Ffion

OMF is sharing these stunning papyrus-styled cards with special donors to spread the message of hope from Ffion and all patients. We are truly honored to share these cards and their message.

Ffion has an Honours degree in English and French and loves languages, literature, and writing. Using her talents and passion, she also writes poetry and has built a poetry blog to share her messages of hope and inspire others. Ffion writes, “These poems are dedicated to people with ME / CFS and Fibromyalgia, but everyone is very welcome!” Ffion writes to share joy, a smile, and hope.  She has shared that her life changed when she was diagnosed with ME / CFS and subsequently, fibromyalgia.  Today she expresses that she is fortunate that a few years ago, poetry started to pour out! She said, “Poetry is a life-saver, as is making cards for OMF.”
