For Dr. Younger: Can the MRI techniques you’re using be done using conventional hospital scanners? What kinds of analysis software or physical hardware would be necessary to make this widely available for diagnosis, assuming the trends you see bear out in larger cohorts, etc.?
Also, wouldn’t this potentially be a useful diagnostic even if it’s not actually indicative of inflammation per se, since it seems to reflect a notable difference between ME patients and healthy controls?
