Driving research of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME / CFS),
Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS), Fibromyalgia and Long Covid

First, thank you for doing this for all of us to learn!!!!!!

So many little things in each of the avenues of research resonate with what I experience as a sufferer (a healthier sufferer but still significantly affected). Does it help the researchers/contribute to the research in any way, if we share and emphasize what those symptoms are as it might lead research to go in one way or the other?

(Example — not being able to tolerate aerobic exercise at all versus anaerobic). Collection of this information would be a challenge, but if it were worth it, I would work towards that!

PS. And I am going to put ice on my head to cool off my brain!!!

Thanks again. Elaine
