I am an ME / CFS patient who has been fighting this disease for 30 years. During this time I have experienced the initial crash for a long period, then periods of gradual recovery, then other periods of decline resulting in various levels of severity and then again slow recovery. This has happened over and over again over the last 30 years. I am now in a period of good health after a crash of about 2 years. I would like to know if there is a group of researchers/doctors who would be interested in collaborating with patients like me on our experiences of recovery and decline including what we perceive as the triggers for these over our long-term illness. I would be happy to pull together a group with that goal in mind if there isn’t a study group already set up. My contact info is khowsare@mindspring.com. – Kelley Howsare
