Marilyn Simon-Gersuk has over three decades of experience in fundraising and non-profit management. She has held professional positions at the national, regional and local level. She has led development teams of 2 to 20+ raising millions of dollars. Marilyn began working with OMF in 2012 as a volunteer using her non-profit management experience to help establish the organization. In 2016, she joined OMF as the first employee. Marilyn manages OMF’s fundraising activities and campaigns, communication projects, and volunteer development.
Marilyn holds a Master’s degree in Communication. Marilyn and her husband have three grown children and three dogs.
